簡(jiǎn)介：這種單克隆抗體可在抗原特異性ELISA等方法中靈敏、特異地檢測(cè)人IgG2。

Tips：抗原特異性B細(xì)胞有兩種可供選擇的方式計(jì)數(shù)：在檢測(cè)步驟中通過(guò)用抗原包被。對(duì)于記憶B細(xì)胞，我們建議用R848和重組小鼠IL-2（均包括在內(nèi)）進(jìn)行預(yù)刺激。
